Trundra Targa Tripod Parts

Malai Kofta AND SWING radars. The Indian kotlecikach how kasiulski, or my way is to understand

kotlecików harmonious blend of potato stuffed with aromatic quark and a sensational Indian sauce.

This is not one of those dishes that you can prepare in five minutes but I assure you that the time spent will not be wasted J .

NOTE: Sorry - the minutes for the preparation of Malai Kofta are not commensurate with the period of consumption, which varies from an average of 3-5 minutes and accompanied impossible to inhibit the effect of earthquakes ears. Side effects in the form of passing the quarter-hour after ingestion.

Kofta:

  • few potatoes (5 medium) cooked and ugniecionych a smooth paste
  • 1 tablespoon potato flour

  • 250g cottage cheese (paneer or Indian cheese)

  • 2 fresh chillies finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Salt to taste

Mashed potatoes mix with a spoon of flour.

Curd and combine the remaining ingredients together and knead to a smooth paste.

spoon the potato pulp to form a rectangle. Be laid in the middle little curd paste and wrapped the edges. Form a ball, which was then gently flattening.

Fry in deep fat to a golden color.

SOS:

  • 1 large leek (or alternatively 2 onions) cut into the pen
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed przeciśnięte by
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 large tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ½ teaspoon powdered cumin
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds (can be ground)
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground nuts of any (Italian, cashew or peanut)

leek, garlic, ginger and poppy seeds in a blender mixes, and then fry in a little oil. Add the chopped tomatoes, spices, sugar and nuts. We bring the sauce to a boil.

add chops and serve immediately.
